Intensive one-day workshop
The workshop clearly explains and helps you to understand what the assessors will expect you to do, deliver and know for your final assessment interview.

All workshops are delivered by APC expert Jon Lever FRICS and an APC Assessor and cover:
APC process Are you where you should be in the APC process? Have you missed anything? This session will help you to understand what you should have done.
Mandatory competency discussion including typical questions that the assessors may ask.
Technical competency revision Three sessions throughout the day focussing on various technical competencies and covering what the assessors expect you to know for each. The competencies discussed will vary from workshop to workshop, depending on the requirements of the delegates.
Final assessment preparation How to prepare effectively for the final assessment.
Final assessment interview A step by step walk through of what happens at the final assessment interview, including film from the DeLever Mock Interviews.
RICS Rules of Conduct and Professional Ethics talk If you answer a Rules of Conduct or Professional Ethics question incorrectly at the final assessment you will be referred.
Final Assessment Question and Answer session Delegates are questioned on their competencies , knowledge, experience and current affairs in the same way as at the final assessment.
